  • Soft Mix Violet Rose / 90 g
  • Hot water (60°C) / 220 g
  • Bitter Caramel / 45 g

Recipe

1. Dissolve the Soft Mix Violet Rose in hot water.
2. Heat and pasteurize at 75°C for 15 minutes.
3. Let cool.
4. Mix in the bitter caramel and pour into the ice cream maker.
5. Fill into cups.
