Shortbread (yogurt flavor)
This yogurt-flavored shortbread uses fermented powder FD-R for sourness and condensed milk powder for richness.

- Shortening / 45g
- Granulated sugar / 25g
- Whole egg / 5g
- Salt / 0.5g
- Weak flour / 90g
- Almond pudding / 2.5g
- Fermentation Powder FD-R / 5g
- Condensed milk powder / 5g
- Flavoring (yogurt type) / 0.5g
Recipe
1. Sift together flour, almond pudding and FD-R fermentation powder.
2. In a bowl, mix shortening with granulated sugar and salt.
3. Add the whole eggs and mix until incorporated.
4. Add flavoring and mix.
5. Add the sifted flour mixture and knead lightly until the mixture comes together in a uniform mass.
6. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a square 1.5 cm high and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Cut the dough into 1.7 cm wide and 3 cm long pieces and pierce with a bamboo skewer about 1 mm long.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
9. Cool completely on a griddle.
