Sauteed apples with caramel

Sautéed apples are tossed with caramel milk to impart a rich flavor.
Add additional caramel milk to taste if desired.

Material

  • Apple (fruit) / one (object)
  • Granulated sugar / 15g
  • Unsalted butter / 20g
  • Caramel milk / 20g

Recipe

1. Cut the apple into 12 equal wedges with the skin still on and remove the core.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan and place [1] in the pan.
3. When the apples are soft, add sugar and cook until thickened.
4. Add the caramelized milk and toss to coat.
5. Remove to a serving dish and drizzle with more caramel milk if desired.
