Panulé (yogurt paste)

The popular panulée is filled with cream cheese with yogurt paste and white bean paste with orange peel.
It tastes like Japanese cheesecake.

Material(12 pieces)

  • Pie sheet 20 x 20 cm / four flat pieces
  • sweet white bean paste / 300g
  • orange peel / 24g
  • cream cheese / 160g
  • yogurt paste / 15g

Recipe

Thaw the pie sheet, cut into quarters and roll out to 1.8 times its original size. 2.

Bake in a preheated oven at 230℃ for 25 minutes. 9.
Allow to cool on a mesh before unmolding. 10.
