Milk duffin

Muffins made of doughnut dough and filled with condensed milk powder.
The soft milk-flavored dough is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

  • salad oil / 40g

  • unsalted butter / 20g
  • granulated sugar / 80g
  • Strawberry jam / 50g

Recipe

Preparation y]
(1) Sift [A] together.
(2) Preheat oven to 160℃.
(3) Grease the molds with unsalted butter (*excluding the quantity).
(4) Melt the unsalted butter for the finishing touches in hot water.

Making and baking the dough
(1) In a bowl, combine the whole egg, milk, and salad oil, and mix with a whipper.
(2) Put A, salt, and granulated sugar in a separate bowl, add (1), and mix with a rubber spatula.
(3) Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in the oven at 160℃ for about 25 minutes.

Finishing touches
(1) Brush the melted unsalted butter all over the baked milk duffins and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
(2) Put the strawberry jam into a pastry bag fitted with a puff pastry clip, insert the bag into the center of (1), and squeeze the jam into the pastry.
