This is a matcha-flavored ice cream made by adding matcha powder to Soft Mix Violet Rose.

  • Soft Mix Violet Rose / 100 g
  • Matcha Powder / 7g
  • Hot water (60°C) / 245 g

Recipe

1. Mix Soft Mix Violet Rose and matcha powder, then dissolve in hot water.
2. Heat and pasteurize at 75°C for 15 minutes.
3. Let cool.
4. Pour into an ice cream maker.
5. Fill into cups.
