Iced milk

This recipe uses soft mix powder and does not require an ice creamer.

Pasteurization process must be done.

Material

  • Soft Mix White Rose / 180g
  • Warm water (60°C) / 360cc

Recipe

1. Dissolve soft mix powder completely in warm water.
2. Sterilize in a hot water bath at 75°C for 15 minutes.
3. Cool in ice water and put in a bowl in the freezer.
4. When it hardens, stir it with a whipper once every hour.
5. Repeat for 6 hours, and when it becomes ice cream, serve it in a bowl.
