Recipe
[Making Greek Yogurt]
1. Remove the lid from the plain yogurt container, layer two sheets of paper towels on top, and secure them with a double rubber band.
2. Place a strainer over a bowl, then invert the container from step 1 onto the strainer. Cover the entire setup with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
3. After 12 hours, remove the container, place a fresh layer of paper towels over the strainer, and transfer the yogurt onto it.
4. Fold the paper towels, then wrap them tightly with plastic wrap, leaving some slack in the center so the wrap fits snugly against the paper towels.
Place the assembly in a bowl filled with water and refrigerate for 12 hours.
5. Add 15g of Tsukuba Chocolate Syrup or dessert syrup (chocolate flavor) to the finished Greek yogurt and mix well.
[Plating]
6. Place the chocolate granola in a serving bowl, then top with Greek yogurt (about 80g) using an ice cream scoop.
7. Top with banana, blueberries, cocoa cookies, and chocolate syrup.
