Double Chocolate Mocha Frappe

Inspired by the frappe from that famous restaurant, chocolate syrup and chocolate sheets are blended in a blender to create a chocolate frappe with a pleasing texture. By adding soft mix powder, you can easily make an authentic frappe.

Material(1 cup serving)

  • Cafe au lait base (unsweetened) / 30g
  • Milk / 50g
  • Chocolate syrup or dessert syrup (chocolate flavored) / 30g
  • Chocolate board (milk) / 30g
  • White rose / 20g
  • Gum syrup / 1 piece (11g)
  • Ice / 200g

Topping

  • Whipped cream / 25g
  • Chocolate syrup / 2g

Recipe

Place all ingredients except topping in blender.
2.Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
3.Pour [2] into a cup.
4.Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Stir well before drinking.
*If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1 additional piece (11g) of gum syrup.
