Custard

This cusard cream do not use the milk components.

Material

  • Egg yolk / 40g
  • Granulated sugar / 50g
  • Soft wheat flour / 20g
  • Almond Milk 10 / 200g

Recipe

1. Combine the egg yolk and granulated sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the sieved flour.
3. Heat Almond Milk until 60℃.
4. Add Almond Milk to flour gradually.
5. Strain in stainer
6. Reheat and continue to cook while stirring constantlly until thick.
