Custard

Rich milk custard cream by adding Condense A.

Material

  • Milk / 65%
  • Egg yolk / 12%
  • Granulated sugar / 12%
  • Cornstarch / 6%
  • Condense A / 5%

Recipe

1. Combine the egg yolk and granuated sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the cornstarch gradually to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Heat milk to 80℃.
4. Add warm milk to the bowl gradually, while stirring. Mix well. Then strain it to a pan.
5. Reheat and continue to cook while stirring constantlly until thick.
6. Remove from heat when mixture has a glossy apearance. Then add condensed A and mix well.
