Material

  • Bread flour / 100g
  • Cake Flour / 100g
  • Baking powder / 15g
  • Cheese Taste 80-NS / 20g
  • Granulated sugar / 30g
  • Unsalted butter / 70g
  • Milk / 50g
  • Egg / 50g

Recipe

1.Cut the butter in 1 cm cube and keep in a fridge.
2.Sieve all powders together
3.Mix 1. , 2. and granulated sugar in a food processor.
4.When it becomes powder, add milk and whole egg and mix lightly.
5.Take it out of the food processor and fold it into a piece.
6.Stretch to 2 cm thick and pull out with mold.
7.Brush milk over the surface(out of the quantity) and bake it in an oven preheated to 200 ℃ for 15 minutes.
