Recipe
1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature, add granulated sugar and mix until smooth.
2. Add beaten whole eggs and beat until combined.
3. Add honey and lemon juice and mix until combined.
4. Add the sifted flour, almond pudding, Cheesetaste 80-NC, and baking powder.
5. Add melted butter and mix.
6. Let rise in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Fill the cups with 50g of the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 13 minutes.
