  • White bean paste / 400 g
  • Cream Cheese Powder (Made with Kiri Cream Cheese) / 20g
  • Cheese Taste 80-NS / 10 g
  • Condensed Milk Powder / 10 g
  • Water / 80g

Recipe

1. Mix cream cheese powder (made with Kiri cream cheese), Cheese Taste 80-NS, and condensed milk powder.
2. Place water and the mixture from [1] in a saucepan and heat while stirring with a whisk until dissolved.
3. Add the white bean paste and mix well.
4. Continue heating while stirring until the mixture forms a peak when scooped up with a spatula and dropped.
5. Transfer to a wooden cutting board and let cool.
