Caramel muffin

Standard caramel muffins. Can be arranged with nuts or marrons.

Material

  • wheat flour / 90g
  • bitter caramel powder / 10g
  • baking powder / 5g
  • Confectionery margarine / 70g
  • granulated sugar / 80g
  • table salt / 0.5g
  • whole egg / 80g
  • caramel milk / 30g

Recipe

1. mix whole eggs with granulated sugar and salt
2.Add caramel milk and mix.
3.Add sifted flour, bitter caramel powder and baking powder.
4.Add melted margarine and mix until incorporated.
5.Let rise for 1 hour.
6.Fill paper cups with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
