Caramel milk with coffee jelly

This caramel drink has a delightful coffee jelly texture.

Material

  • Sweetened coffee (straight) / 250cc
  • Gelatin (powder) / 5g
  • Water / 50cc
  • Milk / 110cc
  • Caramel milk / 10g

Recipe

1. Soften gelatin in water and dissolve in microwave.
2. Add 1 to the coffee mixture, mix, and refrigerate to harden.
3. When hardened, crush 100g of the mixture and put it in a cup.
4. Mix caramel milk and milk and pour into the cup.
