[Bean flower]

  • Rich Almond MIlk Fortified with Fiber 125ml / 125g
  • Powdered gelatin / 2.5g
  • Granulated sugar / 7.5g
  • Black tea / 2.1g
  • Chinese matrimony vine fruit / 2g

[Syrup]

  • Granulated sugar / 20g
  • Water / 30ml

Recipe

Preparation
1. put black tea into a tea bag.
2. Heat the almond milk and the tea bag of(1) in a saucepan until just before boiling, then turn off the heat and let steep for about 5 minutes.
3. Take out the tea packet from (2), heat over medium heat again, add granulated sugar, and turn off the heat after it dissolves.
4. Add powdered gelatin to (3), stir well, pour into molds, remove from heat, and refrigerate.
5. put wolfberries back in water for about 5 minutes.

Cooking
1. Heat granulated sugar and water in a saucepan. Dissolve granulated sugar and make syrup. When it becomes glossy, turn off the heat.
2. Place the chilled bean curd in a bowl, pour the hot [syrup] from (1) over it, and garnish with wolfberries.

*Special note when cooking
The amount of powdered gelatin used to make the jelly is about half of that used to make regular jelly.
Please adjust the consistency to your liking.

*Special note when serving
The soybean flour can be served cold or hot, depending on the temperature of the syrup.
It is also recommended to add toppings such as boiled adzuki beans, sweet potatoes, nuts, etc.
