Gamza Batt is a chewy dough made from rice flour and wrapped in mashed potatoes with cheese powder. The cheese-flavored mashed potatoes are hearty and recommended for both snacks and light meals.

  • A Rice flour / 150g
  • A Light brown sugar / 20g
  • A Salt / 2g
  • A Instant dry yeast / 3g
  • A Neo SP-RS / 6g
  • B Rice oil / 10g
  • B Water / 150g
  • Psyllium (plantain) / 5g

Mashed potato

  • C Mashed Potato Base / 80g
  • C Water / 160g
  • C Cheese Taste 80NC / 10g
  • C White pepper / 1g
  • C Nutmeg powder / 0.5g

Topping

  • Black ground sesame / 15g
  • Soybean flour / 15g
  • Light brown sugar / 10g

Recipe

Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the topping.

Boil water in the steamer until the second fermentation is finished.
