Material

  • Granulated sugar / 12.0% (1.0)
  • Gelator Nitta Gelatin Co. / 1.5% (1.5%)
  • Sour Base F3 / 18.0% (18.0%)
  • Milk / 30.0
  • Citric acid / 0.2% (0.2%)
  • Water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) / 38.3% (%)
  • Fruits in syrup / 15g per piece

Recipe

1. Mix milk and water, add the granulated sugar and gelling agent that have been previously mixed in powder to [1] and mix.
3. heat [2] to 80℃ and stir to dissolve.
4.Add sour base F3 and citric acid and mix.
5.After correcting the weight, fill the cups, add fruit, and seal. (Fill to full capacity)
6.Sterilize by immersion in hot water at 85°C for 20 minutes.
7.After cooling, store in a refrigerator.
