Green tea muffin
These muffins are for adults with a darker matcha green tea flavor. Added sweetened condensed milk adds a rich milky flavor.

Material(For 6 pieces)
- Cake flour / 70g
 - Powdered green tea (steamed and dried before being stone-ground) / 6g
 - Baking powder / 3g
 - Unsalted butter / 60g
 - Whole egg / 50g
 - Granulated sugar / 50g
 - Sweetened condensed milk / 40g
 - (cow's) Milk / 30g
 - Salt / 0.3g
 - Sugared red beans / 70g

Preparation
Sift together flour, matcha green tea and baking powder.
Bring unsalted butter and eggs to room temperature.
★Mix milk and sweetened condensed milk.
1. Make a pomade of unsalted butter, add granulated sugar and mix with a whipper. 
2. Add beaten whole egg and mix. 
3. Add the salt and mix until incorporated. 
4. Add 1/2 of the sifted flour mixture and mix with a rubber spatula.
5. Add 1/2 of ★ mixture and mix until incorporated. 
6. Add the remaining flour and mix. 
7. Add the remaining ★ and mix. 
8. Pour the batter into the glassine cups. 
9. put the sweet bean paste on the batter. 
10.Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 20 minutes.
